"The hotel is quite normal and compared with other small hotels we saw in Chiang Mai, did not deserve much punishment. This rather poorly placed as to enter the city walls we must walk through dark streets about 10 minutes and the truth is that it seems you are going to find a girlfriend on the road. The pool is nice but the jacuzzi was not working and breakfast was very very poor. The best care and that the employees were very kind"

"Very disappointed by this hotel. The window in the living room was out of frosted glas. If you try to open, the view is on the next very dirty building which is only 3 meter away. Same experience as sleeping in a cave. Beware of the photo of this hotel, it was taken with a fisheye objective which gives impression of space between buildings, which is simply wrong. Awfully uncomfortable sofa in living room. Swimming pool(very little) was out-of-order during our stay. "

"We stayed at hotel block Deluxe room.
The hotel location is good and quiet.
The room size is a bit small, it would be much better if there is no partitian in between.
The breakfast is a bit poor, I even skipped my breakfast in the morning.
The swimming pool is too small to swim.
Still recommend it for budget traveller, but not suitable for rest and relax purposes."

"A good Hotel for the price. Was worth the small premium for a Deluxe room. You do need to be in the main building not one of the two wings (Terrace rooms)which were quite a step down in quality for a very small decrease in price. There are plenty of much cheaper rooms in Chaing Mai, If you wanted to stay for more than a few days I would look else where as there are lots of deals to be had, but i wanted somewhere nice for a few days to get a feel for the place.

"it is a good size hotel with good sized rooms at a decent price, and had the amenities of a 4 star hotel, but the terrace i stayed had no lift, a broken door handle in the bathroom, but i would recomend this for families, more than a single traveller"

 Eco Adventure
Would I stay at this location again: Most likely
Comments: This hotel is in quite a central location, between the night market and the weekend markets. The adjacent blocks to the hotels do not have lift services, so can be a problem for seniors to climb the flight of stairs with the heavyu luggages. The breakfasts really need to be more interesting. If you had stayed there more than four days, you would want a greater variation in the food served. The hotel service was overall satisfactory, except for one trainee staff at the reception who didn't know anything and was not keen to find out for the guests.
