| "We had a great time staying here. The staff were very helpful. They helped with organising tours, recommending restaurants and places to see, getting taxis... The facilities were lovely, an amazing pool area. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, room service was great. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends visiting Chiang Mai." |

| "I expected more from the Amari Hotel, in Chiang Mai, the standard room was just ordinary...ageing and needs serious upgrade...I thought it was over priced for the amount it charges.
Breakfast buffet was good. Pool is inviting.

| "My only complaint is that I spec beforehand a room with a view as it was supposed to be my parent's peaceful holiday away from Bangkok. What I got was a room overlooking a parking lot.

| "Rooms clean and tidy but the bathroom is in urgent need of updating. No seperate shower even in the superior room.
Taxis/Tuc-Tucs easily available at a reasonable price." |

| "Facilities were good, nice pool, tennis, restaruants, papers in the lobby, some small shops. Service and staff were efficient and friendly. Room was a bit tired and in need of refurbishment, but clean and tidy, the airconditioner worked well." |
