| "This is my second time staying at Tarin hotel. I find the hotel is well manage and the price is resonable. The location is slightly out of the way from night activities. If you require a quite night rest then this hotel is ideal. Suggest to have double bed for superior room." |

| "Most welcomed by the staffs of the hotel the first day of my stay. Everyday you see all the smiling faces and greet you wherever you go. Especially the two young ladies miss Pornwipa techakan and miss Pornpimol Malatuy. They are very well-trained and professional, they served you like their own family members. My three days stay in Chiangmai make me feel like a King in Thailand. I will definitely go back to Tarin Hotel when I visit Chiangmai again." |

| "We had two rooms in the Tarin for 5 days in December 2005. Our second stay in the last 4 years and a big disappointment to see how the service declined. This was the first hotel in all my travels where we ran out of toilet paper twice and had to call because they do not provide a spare roll. Shampoo and shower gel is only a half (re-filled) small amenity bottle, not even enough for two people to shower. The breakfast service was un-organized and seemed not managed at all and there was never a smile or a "good morning" from either the reception or the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Only positive impression was the security man at the parking lot and the good location away from the tourist mile and right along the super highway which is good for day trips. Chiang Mai has many other and better hotels we will go to in the future." |

| "We checked in and found that the bath room was not in good working condition like the shower tap broke, the shower cap did not function properly like while in shower the water will stop flowing out on and off , old bottles of complimentary shampoo & shower gel were still on the sink top and not replaced with new ones. The water flows out from the tap was not clear it had a light yellowish colour. The room curtain fell off and was not fixed. The night duty front desk male staff at the reception was not friendly and helpful during my stay from 3 Nov to 8 Nov 2005. The room and hotel looks ok. Overall I would not return to stay at Tarin hotel again on my next trip." |

| "Very bad room (#303)! Closed to the super highway and very noisy! Also the watersystem at the hotel is very bad! Very noise from each room when they use the water. A noise sound you can hear during day and night! Also they charge 11 US$ more each day on 25 and 26.12., but you additonal service provide! Even not a happy xmas card or something!
I recommend don't stay at this hotel!" |
