"We stayed 3 nights, nice sized room but quite noisy always seemed to be large conferences in progress. Hotel caters for very large groups and has large conference facilities. Hotel is a long way from centre of town, no free shuttle bus. Great pool area and Breakfast was good. No free internet, but prepaid wi-fi available. Reception staff nowhere as helpful as other hotels we stayed in in Thailand. If you won't to laze round pool all day with large amount of people wandering round taking pitures 3 times a day this is the hotel for you. The conference rooms take breaks often and the paticipants take a chance to enjoy the grounds. The rooms where large with good facilities but a musky smell noticed. Hotel has very pretty grounds and gardens.Location would be our biggest negative. "

"This is my second time staying in that hotel. The housekeeping service has been improved. Except the water bsin was full of ants at the morning time, it seemed like shotting a horror film, but it did not bother me much. Perhaps, it should blame the weather not the housekeeper. My experience was riuned by the dinning service at the lobby restaurant (not the coffee shop). At one night, I was too tired to dine out, I ate in the restaurant. I was served by a lady who did not wear uniform. I smelled a sense of discrimination after I placed my order. I never heard "thank you" from her except the moment I left. She took my orders with grouchy face, delivered my orders and not even bused my table. Perhaps, I was with my Thai friend and I am Chinese. I observed her performance with other guests who are westerners. Under my expectation, she was totally different, wearing smiling faces, and socializing with them in a friendly way. This made me very angry. I asked myself, was I a good tipper? I said yes, I tipped generously to the massager and the front desk staff whenever I asked for opening my safe box. The only difference is I am not a westerner. For the front desk, perhaps, I was going too far to ask for late check-out at 2:00pm as my flight was on 4:00pm (I had requested in my booking for late check-out). The lady at the counter rejected my request firmly and impolitely by saying "NO!" It was not the answer made me feel uncomfortable; it was the attitude towards me. I had no option but to put my lugguage at the concierge. At that time nobody was present and the Front desk got no intention to help. I waited for 7 to 10 minutes, the concierge staff asked me to put my lugguage at the corner. He never got a notion that he had to put a tag on my lugguage before I reminded him. Don't give me an excuse for communication problem as I speak a bit thai and fluent English. This is the second time but also my very last time to stay at that hotel. Mind you, if you are not westerner, you may think twice to stay at that hotel, otherwise don't complain. "

"We have stayed often at this hotel, and it is one of our favorites. Only problem, if you want to stay for a longer time, as we do as seniors, is the few bustransfers to the city, and the price of it. With a hotel, that far away from city center, bustransfer should be free of charges. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings."
