We stayed four nights in November 07 and found the hotel generally well run, clean and set in very attractive gardens with a lovely swimming pool. The location, just on the edge of town, was ideal. The only disappointment was the restaurant - all the seating was outside with poor lighting and overlooking the roadway and car parking. The buffet breakfast was poor both in terms of quality and quantity

| "This would have to be the most disappointing place we have ever stayed in! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful - a lush tropical paradise with a beautiful pool complex. Unfortunately the room facilities are sadly lacking. A huge fridge with nothing in it and you are not allowed to bring food/drink into the hotel. No tea/coffee making facility you have to order and pay from the restaurant! No shaver point, hairdryer, iron, safety deposit box (available at reception and had to be paid for) and only one power point! The towels were of very poor quality and thin. The breakfast was very poor and the restaurant menu was so big it needs to be trimmed and the food improved upon. We felt unwell after each meal we had there. As for the staff - they need to learn what they are there for. Restaurant staff arguing and fighting in the kitchen. Everything was an effort and made no attempt to be helpful or much less acknowledge you. Far more interested in sitting around playing computer games! " |

| "Due to the closing of the laotian border I arrived one day later.
Even I had to pay for this day and the breakfast, I didnt consume (what is fully normal), I asked for a voucher for lunch or dinner, but the reception would not give this, what I found a little poor.
But after all I found a very nice resort which I can recommend." |

| "Accommodation was superb and the gardens where the chalets are located beautiful. Excellent value for money and good breakfast. Swimming pool good. The one disadvantage is that it is a long walk to town, but you can go in a tuk-tuk." |

| "The hotel is nested in beautiful landscape garden, chalet looking rooms. Very pleasant environment. Room is quite big. Only imperfections: breakfast is not too great and a bit far to walk to city. It is very good for holiday makers. " |

| "Very nice place to hang in.
The rooms and the gardens surrounding are very beautiful.
We very much liked the hotel.
It is not located in the mid of the city so you can wither walk 15-20 minute to get to the center or take 3 minutes tuk tuk ride.
The only thing that was not perfect is the pool.
It is big and clean BUT at around 5 PM is becomes crawling with Mosquito.
I did not know that but Mosquito are excellent divers!!!
They can sting underwater too.
Do not let this single issue to bother you, it is a great place to hang in and the pool is very clean.
If you came all the way to Thailand - you need to expect some Mosquito.
We hanged there with 2 children aged 3,7.
