Very nice hotel. Very good service and very friendly personel, especially miss Noina at the front desk, who I never saw without a smile on her face!
Only point of critic would be in the bathroom, where there was no hot water in the bath/shower most of the time... Out of that, the hotel is outstanding, including the food!

| "The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and to town and night market. There are also taxi and tuk tuks waiting by the end of the street, so it's easy to get transport. We loved the big swimming pool which was mostly quiet. The rooms are OK: Decent size, beds are not too soft or hard, they had TV, fridge, mini bar and sea view but no balcony. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Bathroom had bathtub. There was a stale smell in the lobby (from aircon?). The breakfast buffer was extensive, with a salad bar, bread selection, fruits, cereals and a hot food buffet with Asian and Western choices (although the western choices consist of your typical Thai variety of hot dogs, ham and fried eggs which I personally don't like too much as it doesn't taste anything like in the West). Overall I was impressed with the variety and choice of food though. Great value for money overall and I would definitely stay there again. " |

| "When we arrived at the hotel we asked the front office if it was possible to stay one night more than we had planned. That was possible but they also asked us what we had to pay via the internet booking. Via the internet it was more cheaper than direct in the hotel, so they advised us to reserve the room via internet. We even had not to pay for using the computer in the hotel to reserve the room. Compliments for the staff.
Very friendly staff. Price and quality is in balance.

| "Hua Hin Grand Plaza is indeed a value-for-money hotel. There was a small box of tissue paper in room when we checked in. It would be good if the hotel consider changing its bed linen as they look really old.
During our stay, we preferred walking (about 12-15 minutes) to the shops and sea-food restaurants.
On our last night, my wife had a pretty good 1-hours Thai massage at the night market just by the hotel for a mere 100 Baht. We found the prices of stuff sold at this night market lower than the one in town.
We enjoyed ourselves during the 3 days' stay at Hua Hin so much that we intend to return the next year." |

| "Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast choice was excellent. A good location, easy walking distance to town centre, beach and shopping malls.
The rooms are in need of refurbishment and up dating but are very clean. Excellent value for money. We will definately be staying here again" |
