This is my fifth stay, and as always I find Hilton excellent. The staff is friendly and serviceminded, the location is perfect close to beach, city, shops golf courses and restaurants, the cleanliness very good, the bathroom large and very nice, and the facilities satisfactory. Breakfast is excellent and you can even get sushi if you like that in the morning.
For the second time I was upgraded from a gulfroom to a pacific suite.
The pool reservation system is not good enough. If you want a sunbed in the first row around the pool you have to be there at the latest 08.00 - 08.15 AM, because it is possible to reserve for the next 1½ hour. And this is during low-season. Imagine what happens in high-season.

| "I was politely welcomed and given a beautiful drink of lemongrass tea, then personally taken to my room. Overlooking the ocean, the swimming pool and gardens, I was well-located. Breakfast provided a wonderful array and variety of food in a spacious number of adjoining rooms with views of the garden and pool. The flower arrangements in the foyer were artistic and a constant delight. The staff answered all questions and sought to please. The exchange rate was as good as outside. The prices at the spa were too high for me and I went outside for a massage a day. I was pleased with my haircut at the hotel salon." |
