| "Upon arrival, was asked by all of the 3 check in staff over and over again how many of us staying in and we have to repeat ourselves 3 times. We arrived at about 3 plus,later than check in time of 2pm but we still took half an hour to get our check-in settled and that we were the only group that is checking in and there were three check in staff.
The extra bed in the room was a rollaway bed which sinks deep in upon lying on it. Requested for them to do something about it but the housekeeping came with a plank to try to put it below the rollaway mattress but that is so not right. We ask him to do something else and he did not come back after that. We went to the recept again to tell them about the bed and then they say they would replace our day bed as a mattress if we do not want the roll-away. Upon return to the room after dinner, the day bed was done up as a bed(sheets was removed to be replaced by bedsheets). But this means that we do not have a day bed to use and have also paid for additional bedding. And even though we book as triple sharing, we had to call housekeeping for an additional towel, bedroom slippers etc.It was not placed there on the first day we checked in, this was not what we experience in other resorts.
We have booked a pool access room, and I wonder if the pool was cleaned at all. We found the side walls of the pool bottom was mouldy and even found a little dead crab inside the pool while swimming.
Overall, the experience wasn't as great as what we would have expected.

| "We live in Bangkok so for us we are lucky to be able to visit such great places frequently. We enjoyed our visit to La Flora and although it was monsoon season which made the sea rough it did not stop us having a good time. The rooms were excellent and a fantastic rate. The breakfast was good, although not a buffet and the menu did not change. The food in general was of good quality and reasonably priced, although again the menu never changed. We would go back again the kids loved the pool! It did rain a couple of times and we asked for board games which were listed in the facilities, but there wasn't any, make sure you take things to do with you if you visit during this time of year.
