| "The hotel needs major renovation, specially the rooms. The service is zero, they came to clean my room 4 o'lock afternoon. Everywhere is dirty, the room is like a zoo, name any animal you know you find it there. The only positive points about this hotel are location and in a natural enviorment." |

| "Everything was fine, but there is no atmosphere at all!!!! The hotel was full of Russian tourgroups. When we asked for icecubes at the bar, they wanted to charge us 10 Baht for it!!!! Internet was broken for days and nobody was trying to fix it. The shower head was placed way too low...at chinlevel... so we had to kneel. if the matrass would lay on a bed instead of on the ground it would be much nicer. it would be nice if you try to create a nicer atmosphere at the bar or use the bar in the pool... lowering the price of the drinks would help..." |

| "I did not intend to stay at this resort. Only stayed there as there was a mistake with another booking. This resort is old. I stayed in the Thai Suite/House and the room was in poor condition. For that price that room is really a joke. The resort is too far from Had Sai Kaew but on Kai Bae and pretty much is near a penninsula so there is a semi-private beach. Very nice, however I would prefer to be closer to Had Sai Kaew so I don't need to keep spending 50 baht to go there almost daily." |

| "Price for long weekend is too hight, not reasonable if compare with quality of room.
Hotel has private beach, so it's quite tranquile, but if you like going out and meeting people. I suggest you to stay at Haad Sai Khaow beach." |

| "The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The external facilities (grounds and pool) were well maintained and of a good quality. The room we stayed in initially (bungalow) was disgusting. The walls were full of holes and consequently the room was full of mosquitoes. The bed was a mattress on the floor and the bathroom was a dark with a shower that did not work properly. We immediately requested to upgrade and the receptionist was not at all surprised. We moved to a room in the main hotel that by comparison was much better but still not what you would expect from a hotel with such beautiful grounds.
The food was expensive and mediocre. The only evening meal served was an ant covered 'international' buffet. You could not order from the menu. The beach was good for exploring due to the rocks/dead coral that protruded from the sea. At high tide you could paddle comfortably in the sea but not swim due to the afore mentioned rocks and coral. We were a little dissapointed because the picture on their website suggests a beautiful white sand beach and blue sea to swim out in. The beach was fine for sunbathing as it was clean and private.
We are seasoned travellers in Thailand and therefore expected a much higher quality hotel for this price range. " |

| "The staff was great, food excellent, the beach was clean and the water clear. The kids loved the pool as well as the fish pond. The walls are thin and noise can travel but people are respectful and we slept well. No young party crowd. There is a diving center next door and they were also great. We loved it. " |
