| "Me and my wife got a bungalow near the water, nice room and a beatiful wiew. We really enjoy our honyemoon at the Grand Resort. Good service and friendly personal, and the food at the restaurang was super ! I hope they take care of the nature and dont build to much buildning around "white sand beach". In that case I promise to come back !!!!" |

| "The KC Grande is a beach side bungalow resort, situated at the top end of Whitesands Bay. I stayed at the deluxe Bungalows which were located on the beach front and were excellent.
The KC Grande doesn't have all that many facilities but the restaurant serving breakfast is very good. The manager was helpful and his staff very enthusiastic though still learning English. The deluxe rooms are quite expensive but the comfort, space and position is superb and my stay there for 10 days was fantastic. " |

- we really disliked the rooms (+ got a twin and couldn`t be moved to a double as they didn`t have any) and ended up checking out after the first night. Resort was in a very good location though.
Further explanation -
Upon check in we were told that we would have to change rooms after the first night, the room we were given only had two single beds that couldn`t be pushed together however we were told that the room from the second night onwards would have a double. When we went to move we were told it was no longer necessary, we asked to be moved as we didn`t want a twin but they said all rooms were twin (?).
Room itself was very poorly set out with light switches on opposite walls, lots of little windows with annoying blinds. No beach view (despite ad) and near a small pond that seemed to be purely for breeding of mosquitoes.
Having said all that it was very close to the beach, was in a very convenient location and apparently the breakfast was quite good.

| "Me and my friends stayed 4 nights at KC Grande in February 2006. We were really satisfied with everything the hotel could offer. Good price, nice personell, nice beach, nice location. I could really recommend staying at this hotel!" |

| "We stayed at KC Grande Resort for 4 nights in Jan 2006 and were very impressed.The bungalows are beautiful, big and clean ,quiet with a lot of trees.They are set out very well no more than 50 meters from the beach.This is also the quieter end of White Sand Beach.Also very close to the shopping center.The breakfast was good, and at night time there is plenty of fresh seafood plus other food to choose from.Would definitely stay here again." |
