| "Nice accommodation. Pool is lovely and overlooks the sea. Close to shops and restaurants too.
Good size room - we had a deluxe seaview buidling. Restaurant food is also good. I would recommend this hotel. We went off peak season so prices were reasonable." |

| "Room was okie but not luxurious standard. Bungalows are nicer only. Some crocoach legs in food but it is quite normal on Koh Chang Island. Management of this hotel is a bit not organized and service is so so. Only talk about money and not friendly at all. Well, but that is business. we had been in Koh Chang 3 times within 7 years. but it seemed like nothing has been changed or i should say the basic construction seemed not improved within this 7 years at all. Flood every where in july 2008!
If you want nice beach and nice memory, my experience told pls book something close to the mid rank of white sand beach or at least 4 star hotel but luxury bungalow version!" |

| "I had stayed 4 days in the sea view delux building in this resort , the location is really good and it's nearer to the pier , the service of the resort's staff is good too , but the only thing is the breakfast , almost everyday the same , hope they can improved , another thing is the beach infront of the resort , there are too many rocks and stones ,it is not suitable for swimming , can only wait till low tide , overall , i will say that this is really a nice resort , and i will definately come back and stay again. | "Location, location location. By far one of the best locations on White Sand Beach, the biggest resort area on the island. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel. Last time was in a Deluxe main building which is by the road not by the beach. Those rooms are nice but not so romantic. This time we had ground level Superior room 710 about 10m from the beach. Delightful, wood beams, low ceiling (cozy) and romantic. Only downsides are the room is a little small, the hot water is only hot at a trickle and when it rains (daily in rainy season) we had a power cut because the electric box is exposed outside. Shame on you! Also, the room only has 2 pin electric sockets.
There are some changes since we last went. There is now added decking to the restaurant so you can have breakfast on the beach. There is decking and tidal barrier on the edge of beach / swimming pool. This allows for more sunbeds. Now there seems to be enough to go round. Well done!
They still haven't removed the stones off the beach in front of the hotel. This is the only hotel that hasn't. Swimming pool is wonderful but sadly closes at 7pm.
Despite the daily powercuts the staff were very helpful and we never had to wait long for the "chang fi" to fix it.
Next time we will stay in a standard room 738-741 as these rooms are much bigger than the Superior but next to the restaurant and reception.
At nightime, restaurants spring open along the beach. Very romantic. Just like Koh Samet (White Sand Beach).
Still, so few bars with live music. Sabay Bar with dance floor is the best (Band is Extreme). They start about 9pm(-1am) but the bar is empty till 11pm. Disco after that. Don't miss the fire show at 9pm.
We hired a car nearby for 1,000baht for the day and went to Bang Bao a fishing village built on stilts over the sea. Charming, lots of restaurants and scuba dive shops. We also stopped at Lonely Beach, much of which does not have a white sand beach. More suitable for backpackers. Still, Koh Chang Kacha is our #1 choice." |

| "Beautiful location, quite quiet but some bars starting up. Very nice hotel, good pool. Sea right by hotel, good beach but potentially dangerous under current. Good for a relaxing stay. Small problem with shower but was fixed eventually (Thai time!) Would go again" |

| "This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in during my many visits to Thailand. The rooms are very spacious and light. The staff were very friendly. I stayed B&B and the variety of food was tremendous.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

| "Our family(2adults+2children) stayed in 2-storey beachfront villa, which was right on the beach and was very spacious. Room was a bit shabby for the price, but clean. The location compensate a lot. Breakfast was good and pool area clean and beautiful. Would stay again!" |
