| "We think the guests should be offered a more various bread sortiment for breakfast, we were soon fed up with thin loaf pieces. The room was rather small and we missed having suitable chairs and a little table inside the room (we guess guests do not sit on the small terraces anyway on the 1th floor). We would have prefer a smaller bed if we could choose more furnitures instead. The personal stuff was very nice and polite, and altogether we had a very nice stay at V.J. Hotel. Regards from a Norwegian couple." |

I stayed in VJ hotel on june 2006 and i didn't see any of the complanes they had.
Only when i want to rent a car with driver the came with a daytour to see the island.
I only wanted to go to the waterfalls, but after a long talk the reception arranged a car and driver.
I am very pleased with the service and accommedation from VJ. Swimmingpool was clean the restaurant was good.
The breakfast is standard. But at diner you can order from the menu, my wife (Thai) and I are very happy with the food and service from the waiters. High prices??? What do you expect for a 3 star resort.

| "My wife and I stayed at VJ Hotel Koh Chang as one of the fist Customers in the middle of November. The room and the building is absolutely great made but im am not sure if the staff is able to maintain it. ( They cleaned very sloppy )
The Restaurant was OK. for Breakfast but we could not really get convinced to pay the high prices compared to the poor Quality of food.
We really pitty the owner since he really put a manager which porbably is his friend but for sure has no Idea how to manage a Hotel.
Recepion does not really have an Idea how to talk to a foreigner nor how to handle one. My wife is thai an she also was absolutely frustrated about the service they gave us. In the restaurant although there was on e man who gave us a very nice Service but I only say this because of him. The rest of the staff just looked strange at us if we ordered in English.
all in all a very beautiful bulding with the wrong mangager and Staff.
