| "Really enjoyed our time at the Impiana - everything was wonderful apart from checkout. We were given an account for our stay the day before we were to check out - we had not mini bar items, all was as it should have been on the account - when i went to pay i was advised that this account was wrong and was presented with an account which had increased in value. Under the pressure of our transfer van waiting to take us to the airport, i paid the amount they asked for reluctantly. Also charged me $6 for a "laundry bag" which i used to put our laundry in - apparantly not complimentary - I must admit, this was a slightly sour end to our wonderful stay - please beware of the final account. All else was wonderful, just need to get their accounts right." |

| "We found the Cabana to be a very good hotel choice on Phi Phi. Rooms were generally good but missed on out on supplying bath Robes and tissues.
Location is magnificent and the staff were very helpful and happy. Views from our room was first class, the pool is huge and there are plenty of lounges around the pool.
The food seemed only average and the room size only moderate but then we had just come from the Holiday Inn Busakorn Wing with its huge rooms and classic breakfast buffet. While the walk in tariff is a little expensive the Asia Rooms rate is excellent and we will certainly book again through Asia Rooms." |

| "The position!!!! The position is certainly the best in the island. Very nice and enjoiable is also the swimming pool. The rooms we received had a beautiful view. The rooms themselves should be improved with higher standard of furniture. " |

| "It is unfortunate but our trip to Phi Phi I feel would have been much more pleasant if the accommodation was better. When we arrived we were given a ground floor room, not what we requested, which was like a dungeon and smelt like mould, the air conditioning was not good and we looked out onto bare soil. To their credit when I went to the front desk and lodged a complaint we were shifted to a top floor room with somewhat decent views, however that's where it ends. The room was not much better than the last except we had carpeted floors in lieu of tiles and a balcony. When we lifted the bedspread we were faced with blood stained sheets, the same was experienced by another couple we were travelling with. I should also mention that when we changed rooms we had to cart our luggage from the previous room which was at the far end of the Hotel to our new room on the third floor, no elevators we had to negotiate the stairs, no assistance was offered by the Hotel. We found the management and staff to be very lazy and not accommodating they just sit around and look totally disinterested. I feel that the Hotel is being run like a backpacker type of accommodation and if that is what we were looking for then we probably would not complain, but that is not what we booked and paid for. | "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabana Hotel. I was tempted to cancel our booking prior to our stay due to several bad reveiws posted on another website, but am so glad I didn't. Dispite what other people had said we found the staff very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, the pool outstanding (as far as I could see no other Hotel's pool in Ton Sai Bay comes close in comparison),the buffet breakfast was good, and you cannot beat the location. Phi Phi village is fairly small and many clubs blast the music well into the night. I think Cabana is one of the few hotels you could get any sleep at night and still be walking distance to everything. It's a perfect hotel for families or couples. " |
