| "Our bungalow was one of the front ones facing the beach which had a beautiful outlook. The only problem was the noise from the music playing at the front bar whch went till 2am every night! " |

| "We had an o.k. stay at Phi Phi Villa. Don't be fooled by the picture as the luxury delux villas do not really look nearly as nice! For the amount of money I paid for a luxury delux villa it is very much over priced (the most expensive accomodation we had in Thailand) comapred to other hotels in Phuket and Bangkok it was again not nearly as nice. If our room was a bit disappointing I wonder what the delux villa looks like? Staff were helpful after our air con broke down and moved us quickly to another room. Expect some noise from the near by nightlife, great bar however. About a 10min walk into the main part of Phi Phi. We enjoyed using our balcony to have a beer and play scrabble however would have enjoyed it far more knowing the villa was a lot cheaper! " |

| "This was a very basic room although it was called a deluxe bungalow. The fridge did not work when you were not in the room. There were no handtowels. The sheets were stained. The safe did not work. The air con was not very good because the doors did not seal properly. There was no free water every day." |

| "The hotel was in a great location as it was a short distance to the shops and nightlife parties and viewed across the beach front. While the rooms were not the most aesthetically appealing, they were always kept clean and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. " |

| "The room is pretty bare, just a queen/king sized bed, empty space, and a small cupboard and dresser. The toilet is not well furnished. It has the basic stuffs, if you're not picky. We chose the standard room in the standard building. But if you're going to be out in the beach the whole day, and need a place to just sleep at night, this hotel is good. " |

| "THIS HOTEL WAS NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL. I PAID £95 FOR TWO NIGHTS AND STAYED IN A DELUXE BUNGALOW. THE TOILET WHEN I ARRIVED IN MY ROOM HAD NOT BEEN FLUSHED.
THE ROOM WE STAYED IN LOOKED NOTHING LIKE YOU SEE ON YOUR SCREENS AS ADVERTISED, WE ALSO SAW A BROCHURE AND THE ROOM LOOKED COMPLETLY DIFFERENT. NEVER AGAIN!! THE AIR CON WAS POOR. THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE VIEW.." |

| "we booked two rooms at this hotel for one night. Such villa disappointed us so much. Rooms are big, but every thing in room is old. There are many small insects running on the ground in the room. No drinking water was supplied in the room. No telephone and hair dryer in room, customers had to go to the front desk for help, where is far away from the rooms." |
