"deluxe cottages were good, clean, cosy and quite well maintained. have to take a 5-10 min walk to the main beach for the deluxe section. service was good overall, i went with my bf during the christmas period and they even prepared a sparking wine for us. slightly way overpriced during the high season but considering the location on saikaew beach, i would still stay here again "

"Having read that the Hotel was undergoing refurbishment we were very worried about our booking -but when we arrived the refurbishment was no issue. The hotel had booked us into a room directly next to the building work but we spoke to the receptionist and they moved us that evening - to a room where we could hear nothing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fab the rooms were clean and tidy- rooms cleaned and towels and beds changed daily. Laudry service very exprensive in Hotel but can walk to other local laudry services which are much cheaper. Food in hotel expensive better to walk along beach to resteraunts which are very close. The location was perfect - on the beach and in the most popular area of the island. Beach is fab and there are plenty of seats available - if one not available staff at hotel are on hand to find one for you. The Island itself is not particulary big and nothing much going on outside the Sai Kaew area. Snorkelling not good due to lack of aquatic life. Hiring a motor bike pretty hairy given that main road through the island consists of a dirt road - probably better off hiring a quad bike which are available locally. On the whole had a good stay at Hotel and perfect for a short stay - probably would have struggled for two weeks - we only stayed for 5 nights. However perfect If you want a beach break away from Bankok - try using public transport - you can get a bus from Bankok bus station for approx 150 bart - about £3 and the bus is comfortable and clean with reclining massage chairs. Takes about 2 hours to get to Raong then taxi ride to Ban Phe where you get the free boat ride across to the Island. The free shuttle boat finishes at 5pm so get there early. All in all I would recommend this hotel although slighly over priced. "

"Overall very good range of quality accommodation to choose, however centre is being extended so some building noise and disruption. New facilities will change layout"

"tidy and clean room, locatate is good. Just the water pressure of shower is not enough maybe due to the limitate of the Koh Samet. It is really i good choice, I will come again ^^"
