"Don't forget your earplugs!
Forget about getting a decent night's sleep at this place. It's right next to "Tropical Murphy's"; an irish pub that plays music at deafening levels until 2am.
We were also left stranded at the airport when we arrived, because there was some confusion over our pickup. The facilities are nonexistent, you have to take the stairs to get in and out of the lift, and the night staff were unfriendly and surly.
Avoid.

Comments: very nice and comfortable room. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel restaurant was very good and also had very warm staff. location is excellent, only 5 minutes from the beach. the only problem was that we had a room with view to the lake and had lots of noise at night from the clubs. when we wanted to switch rooms the staff was very cooperative. advised to take an inner room with less noise (maybe not the deluxe rooms).
