The Pinnacle Ressort is a place where you can really relax and enjoy your holidays at the sea. Unfortunatly we had rainy weather because of the monsoon. Although we enjoyd our stay because of this beautiful location and the wonderfull thai food.

| "We stayed 9 nights at Pinnacle Resort, and it was worth every Penny.
Very friendly personal, everything is clean, nice rooms and the pool/beach is just amazing. It is calm, not a beach with lots of people like chaweng. For people who like to party it might not be the best address, for all others it is perfect." |

| "After booking through Asia Rooms 6 weeks before arrival we were looking forward to staying at Pinnacle for the last leg of our Thailand tour, even though the reviews were generally not good, location and beach quality commented on most reviews we still gave it a go. Well, on arrival we were told our bungalow was not available and there were arrangements made for a bungalow at the resort next door, Coco Palm Resort, no apologies or explanations given. Considering it was 8:30 at night, and we had been travelling for 12 hours we checked in, had dinner and went to our sub-standard bungalow for a good nights rest. The next morning after some investigating we discovered that the Bungalow I had paid for in Pinnacle was 2500baht a night and our substitute was 2000baht a night. As they were owned and run by the same people I decided to discuss my dissapointment with the manager, this seemed to upset the manager and after a long talk and, as Thais do, some haggling we were given two meal vouchers and one massage voucher to the total of 1000baht. If it were not for the friendly staff at the Coco Palm this stay could have ruined my holiday. Trust me when I say "don't stay at Pinnacle", if I had been treated like that in Australia by a hotel manager I would have called the authorities. Up until then Asia Rooms booking were fantastic but not only did I get ripped off, I was left with a sour taste for the remainder of my holiday. Once again, the staff at Coco Palm were lovely but the manager has no idea of the business of hospitality." |

| "Actually, I was transfer to the brother hotel Coco Palm, I arrived late at night and admired their arrangement for providing me a better location of accomodation, which was not requested by me and where my 6 years old daughter enjoy the journey. The only piece of mind was the breakfast, our overall opinion is worthwhile." |
