| "Friendly staff, nice bay; but unfortunately the room we had was damp. We asked to move to another room, but due to being fully booked nothing else was available. Expensive accommodation that was not value for money." |

| "I stayed at this resort in July 2006. I thought that the rooms were very heavily overpriced and that they did not offer value for money in any way shape or form. The bathroom was especially dissappointing.
In the days prior to staying at Koh Toa resort I stayed at another resort on the same beach for Tbh 500 per night (a fraction of the price of KT resort), which was much nicer, with a better resturant and much better service (but lacked hot water and a/c, though in this climate you hardly need them).
I have lived in Thailand for the last 3 years and have spent a lot of time taking breaks to hotels around the country - Koh Tao Resort offered the worst value for money that I have come across." |
