"We stayed for the second time in Heritage. It is a clean and pleasent hotel. However, this time there were drunk English tourist which made lots of noise on the corridors till 4 o'clock in the night.
We shall never stay here again, because the management didnt do anything to reduce this beheavor."

"Stayed for 2 nights staff very friendly and helpfull close to bars, restaurants etc but set back from the main street so quiet at night. Food very good only concern if you have small children like myself is the sharp slope in the pool but overall would definatly stay again."

"Stayed at the Heritage Hotel for 4 nights. Location is good - 10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach and close to 7-11, etc. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. A good room to sleep and keep your bags! The only negative on my stay was the bad shower in my room - weak water pressure and impossible to get warm water - freezing cold or burning hot only. Morning breakfast was ok, not bad but not the best I have had. Facilities are minimal but I feel this hotel is a good base for doing tours of Krabi and the islands. For the low season rate I received the Heritage is very good value, but I would not pay full rack rate as listed on Asia Rooms - I would prefer a hotel such as Golden Beach Resort or Ao Nang Villa which is beachfront and a little more luxury. "

Comments: Booked at last minute as unable to get booking at other requested hotels but what a good choice it turned out to be. Excellant location 3 mins from beach . Good for families ,room size, very clean ,friendly and efficient staff ,excellant breakfast Thai and European food .Pool too deep for non swimmers and transition between shallow and deep end was too steep but pool area not generally overcrowded . Good well informed tour/advice desk. Internet should be free for residents .
