"We had 2 superior rooms because we had children.These rooms were large but quite dirty. When we arrived around midnight the sheets were dirty from someone previous in the room. The shower toilet area was terrible. Last time we stayed here we had a deluxe room and thought it was quite good however the superior was pretty poor not even providing tea and coffee. When we left they tried charging us for another person who didn't exist. We sorted it out in our favour. Then the van we had paid a deposit for didn't show up so we asked reception for help and the woman claimed the telephone number was disconnected but when we went to another place they rang and apparantly our van had been in an accident. So my overall view is that this place has dirty rooms and isn't very honest."

"The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool and restaurant area. We stayed in one of Superior rooms -it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a typical Asian one, with the shower and toilet together. There was a slight odor in the bathroom but not terrible. The breakfast staff was fantastic. And the location was perfect - within very short walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. "

Comments: My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Location is great and very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good because there is variety and the menu changes every day. We stayed in the cheaper superior room and the bathroom is smelly and alot of mosquitoes around. Bathroom needs to be improved or else it looks like a backpacker kind of standard. Swimming pool is nice with a good jaccuzi pool but during my visit, the water was abit dirty and brownish in colour. Should improve on the filtration system.
