"Rooms were not cleaned very well on a daily basis by housekeeping. The floor was not swept much and the furniture was always dusty. Bathroom floor was always sandy. The landing and steps that led to our room was always full of black rubbish bags. Poor value for money. Room service was daylight robbery, extremely expensive for poor quality food. The service in general was very poor in the restaurants. A lot of guests including ourselves had diarrhoea. The pool is not the best. The only good thing about the hotel is the beach area, it was very clean and they were no monkeys. We booked this hotel based on our experience at Centara Samui, which is a superb hotel, but we shall never return to the Centara Krabi again."

"The rooms here were great and really big. great views of the ocean and the service was really good. The breakfast was not one of the best I have had but not bad either. This hotel would be great for honeymooners."

"The hotel is well located close to Aonang beach. However you need to take a Ferry boat to and from the hotel. You need to book this in advance. Also Elderly people need to be careful during the rainy season as getting on and off the boat can be quite difficult. Please phone the hotel to discuss this.

Comments: My partner and I love this resort and no doubt will be back, the resort is so beautiful and relaxing. It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It's absolutley breathtaking. The service was great and the rooms are the best I've ever seen!! The food is great the staff were great too, so friendly it's hard not to make friends at this hotel. The only thing I think needs improving is the transfers. Other than that I think this hotel is fantastic and would be happy to recommend it to people.
