| "We stayed in Golden Hill one night on our way from Ko Lanta to airport. The room was okay; clean beds and good air conditioning was all we needed. However, room's bathroom was filthy and it looked like no-one has ever removed hair from the plugholes. Hotel's restaurant was cheap and food was ok, but it was not too clean. I had ants twice in my drinks and tables were full of ants. Waitresses were much more interested of watching soap opera that servicing us. Hotel's elevator smelled so bad that I used stairs all the time.

| "A bit off the beaten track, but you can get a minibus or taxi from the airport. A good room and OK breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and the standard Thai hotel pool is relaxing enough." |

| "we asked for double bed but we had 2 single bed side by side.I asked a staff she said the kind of room that we booked have not double bed.why did they can not to change bed?it's not hard to service a client.And I ask the reception about boat to go to kho P.P.she gave me telephone number of agency that I have to pay triple of price normal(fortunately I didn't do it)" |

| "The service of the hotel was good considering that I arrived at about 9 plus(local time) and yet they provided me with a free ride to catch some food and around town area.
The service from the reception was good as well and provided answers and offered services which was unexpected..
