| "Once again they did not keep our room number which we like every year (9 times) and did not acknowledge us as frequent guests. Beds were very hard and gave a back and neck pain." |

| "Very good location for both being close to everything in Ao Nang and being quiet enough to not feel you are in the downtown. Staff was very accomodating and always available. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family." |

| "Overall the resort was great. With nice surroundings and relaxed feel to the whole resort.
The only disappointing aspect was the restaurant and the service provided there. I'm certainly not expecting everyone to speak english fluently but it would be nice if waiting staff were able to understand basic words like hot/cold or 'Not what i ordered' etc Employing lots of staff to stand around but only one of them having any skills is not good for business or the customer!
Overall a really nice stay and the rest of the staff were helpful, friendly and gave a great service - well done and thanks." |

| "We stayed 3 nights at the Krabi Resort in July & would definately return.
We stayed in a Bungalow 30 metres from the beach, the room was clean, large & well set out. The resort is well located about 2 minutes walk from the restaurant strip. " |

| "We have used this hotel many times. This time, we were very disappointed. We had booked 8 rooms and each room was humid. Bed linen was wet, the rooms-smelling sewage. Service in the pool area was also bad. They were sold out for ice-cream early in the trip and getting nothing new. We had to wait for towels up to 30 minutes in the morning. Internet access was closed at. 22:00 and 2 days was also the kitchen closed for a party. There were a total of poor service, the next time we will have to use another hotel. It is time that they are revamping the hotel to a better standard." |

| "Our stay at the resort was very pleasant...peaceful and relaxing (probably due to low season). The bedsheets and blankets smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the person manning the tour services for the resort was very helpful. He spoke good english and gave us good tour recommnedations. The resort is right in front of the beach and is conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants." |

| "The place need maintenance. The pond is not clean and the whole resort need to fully renovate. My hubby gets cut in the hotel pool due to broken tiles and needed stitches. Although the hotel paid for it, it is still not acceptable standard for a resort not to ensure the facilities are well maintained for the safety of the guests. The sales director is professional though." |
