SUPERIOR TYPE:

DELUXE TYPE
DELUXE SEA VIEW:
30 sqms, private sea view balcony, bathroom with shower,double bed, fully equipped.
DELUXE PREMIUM, TYPE A:
Pool & Sea View, 24 sqms, private terrace with garden access, bathroom with bathtub, double bed, fully equipped.
DELUXE PREMIUM, TYPE B:
Connecting room to Deluxe Premium Type A (ideal for families), 32 sqms with pantry, and private terrace, but no sea view. Bathroom with bathtub, twin beds, fully equipped.
FAMILY APARTMENT:
FAMILY APARTMENT TYPE A
Pool & Sea View, 56 sqms, with patio. One bedroom with 2 king size beds. Kitchen and seating area. Just few steps from the pool and beach. Easy accessibility because ground floor, no stairs.
FAMILY APARTMENT TYPE B
Garden View, 56 sqms, with patio. One bedroom with 2 king size beds. Kitchen and seating area. Just few steps from the pool and beach. Easy accessibility because ground floor, no stairs.

Family policy:
Maximum one child per room under 12 years can stay free of charge, if using the existing bed.
There will be a compulsory breakfast charge @ 150 baht/night applies.
For the second child an extra bed is required at following charge:
If under 12 years @ 500 baht.
If 12 years and above @ 700 baht including breakfast.
Please note that an extra bed is only allowed in Deluxe Room Type and Family Apartment.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/ EARLY CHECK OUT/ AMENDMENT:
Early Check out:
NO REFUND during PEAK SEASON.
NO SHOW: If the cancellation is made after or above stated period, the hotel will charge the FULL AMOUNT without any refund.
An additional fee of 7% for bank and other charges incurred will be deducted.
HIGH & GREEN SEASON:
Cancellation PRIOR to arrival as below
Green Season > 2 days,
High Season > 7 days
= 1 night full room charge or deposit amount (whichever amount is higher)
PEAK SEASON (20 Dec - 15 Jan)
Cancellation PRIOR to arrival as below:
Peak Season > 15 days
= 2 nights full room charge or deposit (whichever amount is higher)
NO REFUND for cancellation after 15 days before arrival!!!
