Construction work (04/01/08 to 12/01/08)
Please be informed that the resort will continue its construction for the new superior building on April 1, 2008. This will be completed hopefully on or before Dec 1, 2008.
The first phase of construction is the filing, which we already finished since Not of 2007. The second phase of the construction is building and we are targeting this to be finished on or before Nov 1, 2008. And the last phase of the construction will be the finishing of the interior and exterior (paint re-touch, furniture set-up, door programming, decoration, landscapte and testing).
We will locate our guests as far as possible from the construction site. The construction site is approximately 50 to 150 meters from the guestroom. All are 3 pools and restaurants can still be used during the construction period. We will put wall barriers around the perimeters of the construction area.
