| "I have always been satisfied with Asia Rooms reservations, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.One wing was under demolition and the other wing was dilapidated and dirty. Our "deluxe" room was dark and dirty, the bathroom was like a concrete out-house, only one tap with cold water in the basin, the toilet was filthy. The air con had no remote control and the wooden fixtures were rotten. We checked out after the first night and moved next door to the wonderful Princeville Resort, at a cheaper rate.

| "Stayed at Phranang Inn for four nights. Was exactly what we wanted. Just across the road from the beach. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant air-conditioned rooms. Beautiful hotel. Walking distance from all shopping stalls and restaurants. Local bus-stop outside going to Krabi every hour. Closest hotel to Longtail Taxi rank." |

| "The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was ery nice and was cleaned well every day.
The food in the restaurant was very good and we ate there at breakfast (included in the price) and also several evenings.
The esort was located within metres of the beach.
I would certainly consider staying there again" |

| "Over all the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly although a bit disorganized at times. The decor was dated and some of it looked home made which gave the place an overall low budget look. On the bright side, the restaurant served good food at a fair price and the location almost directly on the beach were the 2 biggest things going for the Phanang Inn. A buffet breakfast with a decent variety of food was included and the food was very good." |

| "Simply put, very good rooms, well airconditioned. immaculately clean.
Very friendly staff and great position.
Not the greatest breakfasts I've had in Asia, but adequate as well.
Would definitely stay there again.

| "I had a very pleasant experience. The day prior to arriving, I was in a bad bicycle accident & required sutures in my bottom lip & had multiple abrasions all over & pulled muscles in my back. The staff/ restaurant waitresses went above & beyond to help me. When I arrived for breakfast every morning, they immediately brought out 2 straws (for my juice & water) & chopsticks for me because I was having a very difficult time eating & drinking with my injuries. I spent five nights total, and by the last couple of mornings, they even had my juice & water prepared. They were available for my needs before I even asked. Awesome experience." |
