The reception, when we came in to the hotel, was exelent by Hotel Manager. She explained all the services and activities so clear, that from the first moment you felld that you are heartly welcome.
All employees are very well trained to serve hotelcustomers, so you feel like to be "at home".
Only that they should improve their level of English.
The swimming pools and the garden gives you a relax, which is exepcional.
In total, highly recommended.

| "This hotel has impressive architectural design and 2 great size pool and plenty of garden to wander around . The rooms are are not bad ,although the air-conditioner was dripping water, but it was readily rectified. Like some Thai beach resorts , the staff lacks quality customer service training and thus appears either shy or timid. Otherwise, for the money paid this hotel is value for money. My only minor complain was the rooms are bit too dim, I suppose the romantic couple would like this. " |

| "Nice hotel, but a little tired.
The Manager and staff were very helpful.
Very good restaurants immediately over the road from the hotel and the food was excellent in all of them" |

| "We stayed 3 nights in the Thai Village and it was a good experience. The hotel is located 4 minutes walking from the main road to Krabi, so, you can get a little bit more peace than if you are in the main road. The staff is very gentle and helpful. The room is very big and pretty new. I only have to remark that the toilet is not in a closed room so you have not very much privacy and if you don't connect the AC, the environment is a little bit humit. There is a big swimming pool in the center of the hotel with a bar service in the middle. The breakfast is good and with a variety of choice. In the lobby there is a big rest rooms including a shower, that is nice if you already checked out and you need to refresh. I would recommend the hotel and probably would try it again if return to Krabi." |

| "My fist impression of the hotel as the car pulled up and I walked into the lobby was very positive. The building exteriors and the lobby are well renovated and the grounds immaculate. However, I was very disappointed upon being shown into my room. The room was decorated circa 1980's and the floors and furnitures were in decrepit conditions. What was more unbearable was the smell in the room. I think the odor was coming from the bathroom pipes since the smell was more intense in the bathroom. For the price I paid (US$70+), I expect more quality wise from the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was very disappointing as well with limited selections.
The location is pretty good-- it's just off the main road and a walkable distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach." |
