We were promised an appartment with a garden view but we looked right into the backside of another building. The management of the property is not well informed and does not speak very well english. The management works for the property and not the owner of the appartment which complicates things if you wish to change things or make a complaint. The day before arrival we received an e-mail that it was only possible to pay in cash which we found a little unprofessional and suspicious. The furnitures on the balcony consists of a small round plastic table and 4 chairs - cheapest solution - no plants or anything else to make it nice. The price of this appartment is way too high compared to the prices in the area. We checked out the same night and went to a 5-star hotel (Dor Shada) in a very very nice location outside the city. Fantastic with private beach, amazing swimmingpool and almost same price including breakfast as Panchalae (which we would rate as a NON-value for money). There is no supermarkets near the Panchalae so if you want to cook yourself you have to prepare yourself to go on a 10-15 minutes trip to do the groceries shopping. Panchalae is not recommendable if you are looking for a nice holiday stay - it's more for people who needs a place to stay, and who doesn't care about views, facilities etc.
