| "My Wife & i stayed here in October 08 for 9 nights had when we saw this Hotel for the 1st time we knew we had made the right choice, this hotel is fabulous the staff where like the hotel A1 the room clean and tidy every day the pool area and pools where excellent the buffet breakfast fantastic the beach across the road bars restaurants close by everything you want or need the hotel were more than happy to help, My wife and i liked this Hotel so much we have booked 3 weeks there next year so we can really sample this hotel this is deffinatly a 5 star hotel and like it's name A1 in the A1 Royal." |

| "I been there in royal cruise hotel in month of oct 08.
i just faced a problem that in bathroom the water in hot tap side was not cleaned . i was visting with my family in which there was a infant, and for the infant we need hot water which was not cleaned.
rest A-one royal cruise is at best location. overall i will recommand to visit again." |

| "Hotel is a bit over priced, Spa,gym,ice and internet has additional charges.Requested a smoking room, not allowed. Hotel New Wing had water problems due to rain,I happen to see people being moved to another building, was not notified by by front desk. Overall good stay." |

| "For family ,it's a nice hotel.The location quite closed from hotel.We're group of 18 peoples(14 adults and 4 kids)and we booked for 7 rooms.For kids we should pay for the room rate without any extra bed and no extra breakfast.I was asking for free breakfast for 2children,but the manager didn't give extra.WE went to Bangkok with cheaper room rate ,larger room ,better location (shooping, eating),bigger bedroom,and they allowed kids for extra breakfast without paying extra money for room and breakfast.Hope they will evaluate the rule,not so strict." |

| "Everything was OK EXCEPT that my money was stolen although it was safely kept in the safety box. My safety box seemed to be opened by someone as the code was changed and I had to call the Security Manager. The case is still with the hotel and not feedback on was received from the hotel." |
