"If you are single and enjoy the Pattaya nitelife, this is not the place to stay. They do not allow any guests at all. Not just a lady that you meet at the clubs, but even a friend that you are traveling with. I traveled halfway around the world and was there 5 minutes before check-in and still had to wait a 45 minutes to get in my room. I stayed in the Club room. Way over priced for the size of the room. Private balcony is a false statement and should be taken off their website. Furniture in room is so dated that the throw pillows color was faded. Worst mistake I made was paying for the room upfront. Just had to take the lose of $2000 to move to another place so I wouldn't feel like I was vacationing at my parents house. Pattaya has so much more to offer than this place. I would suggest you shop around more before choosing Aisawan. This was my 5th trip to Thailand and by far the worst place I have stayed. But again, this place is NOT for singles. "

"There is a large construction site just next to the hotel! But for rooms facing the pools is not affected. Location: Not convenient. Must take taxi to the hotel but not all taxi driver knows how to go even you have a map! Carpet not very clean. Excellent pools with excellent view. Hardly find any hotel in Pattaya with such view in such a price. Don't expect too much of the private beach. Water is dirty."

"They have update us to a room with seaview, room size is good, service is good, except the food, there are not much choice in the hotel resturant. A bit suprise the shuttle bus only operate from 5.30pm to 9.30pm."

"The reception staff are very unwelcoming. The hotel rooms are dirty, smelly and outdated. The breakfast is poor. There is a building site next door. The resort location is too remote down a quiet road. It was too far to walk into town, hardly any jeeps go past, so you have to take a taxi +100bhts. It is definately an over-rated and expensive place to stay."

"We booked a standard room, but when we checked in, they gave us a grade up to Aisawan Club room. It was really nice and clean. Good view, even from a bathroom, we could see the sea. The same feeling as the good private hotels in Bali Island in Indonesia. The only problem is a little far from the city center."

"Again a very enjoyable week end at Aisawan. One little comment, borderline negative; could you “educate” your foreign guests, or instruct your pool boy, to avoid putting the beautiful red pool towels on their pool chairs at 7am or 8am making it virtually impossible to find a pool chair after 08h15 more specially when these guests don’t use their towel marked pool chair until 3 pm……… I nevertheless appreciated the new dark red towels, much nicer and the added number of pool chairs (all in wood now). I regret the pool (red) towels which were previously available in the Club rooms. Your buffet is always great, congratulation to your executive chef ! "

"Quiet and cosy place, nicely located."

"Beautiful Hotel, hotel service excellent pool resturant service - meals for party of 7 not delivered at the same time 20 minutes apart. Very poor. Bathroom and bedside table was crawling with some kind of mites only in room 707. The childrens rooms were OK Location perfect slightly out of town. Gala night was a little expensive you would have thought several bottles of wine per table would have been supplied. Staff worked really hard all day preparing this. Despite everthing would definately book again"

"For some reasons, they gave us an up-grade and we ended up staying at a pool side villa type room which was realy clean, modern and so spacious. Receptionists and other people were so nice and polite. They made our stay very comfortable. I do not know if I would say this hotel is great all over because the breakfast they serve did not seem to be appropreate for their room rates and a main wing superior room we were given first looked kind of old. With the up-grade, we were super satisfied."

"Nothing to do with the advertising, the room was not clean, I had to ask twice the front desk to send someone to clean when I arrived. Poor service."
