| "Had a suite, it was very nice. great bathroom, nice room, clean..
Very nice pool area, I loved the restaurant. Helpful and friendly stuff. Location not at the busiest center of Pattaya, but still at walking distance to the beach.It was only positive. No bar noise etc. etc.
Nice value for money. Will use again." |

| "Great rooms and facilities. Everything seems to be new as the hotel is just beinged renovated. Every floor walkway should be carpeted to improve sound absorption capability. Rather disturbing to hear the door banging sound everytime door is closed. Great pool but breakfast is so-so." |

| "We love this hotel.
It is a very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. The room is comfortable with nice shower room. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
Althought the location is not next to the city centre, it only takes about 15mins walk to the Beach Road - the main street of Pattaya. Or if you like, you can just take the "tuk-tuk", the common transportation tools in Pattaya, just in the corner of the street, it's very convinent.
Besides, we can try different Thai Food on the street going back to hotel. It's a very good experience.
The only bad thing is the breakfast. It was not hot enough and not much choices.
However, overall, it is a nice hotel with this value. I recommend this hotel to all travellers." |

| "The services are mostly suit my requirment, except the location is a little bit far away from the central road. So that I need to walk a while every time I travel between the hotel and other destinations, this is also one of the difficulties that I face when I arrived Pattaya.
Another thing is about the food, choices(I mean the breakfast) are not as much as the hotel I stayed in Bangkok.
However, the service are quiet good that the staff are like to help in giving me informations about the place." |

| "Myself and my wife stayed for 16 nights and had a very enjoyable time. The staff are very attentive and understand English very well. The pool area and staff looked after us very well. Overall the best hotel I have stayed in Thailand for the price. (recomended)" |

| "Service is good. Staff are polite. Room is clean but small. No bathtub even for superior room. Location is fine because it is just behind to the Hard Rock. The point is, sound proof is really very very poor. " |

| "Although we found the room,bathroom, pool, spa, breakfast most enjoyable, we found the rooms VERY noisy. We had a locked interleading door to the next room and through that we could hear everything of the guests next door, and they seemed to use the door for hanging things, as a few times we jumped up, thinking they were trying to come through the door. The closing of the doors are also very noisy as well as the guests in the passages. They shout loudly at all hours of the day and night and we were woken up numerous times with shouts or slamming of doors (you cannot close the bedroom door quietly).
We also found the lack of printed information both in the room (giving basic info regarding how the telephone works, breakfast times, tv guide,hotel facilities etc) as well as down at reception (maps of Pattaya, taxi info, tours, places reccommended for meals etc) a disatvantage.
However, it was very good value for money and we enjoyed the experience.

| "Overall speaking the hotel is nice. It would be much better if the management should consider to include in-room safety box and improve the the water pressure from the shower. Though the location is not exactly on the beach front, it is very convenient and about 12 minutes walk to the beach road." |
