| "The hotel is unconditionally old and need modernizing and upgrade.
The out area is nice and ok.
The outdoor resturant need absolute a new shape.
The hotel concealment need get a new paint.

| "Stayed for 1 full week with my husband. We had booked an executive suite, and the room was okay, except the sitting room was a bit small. However, this was the first hotel I have stayed in during my many travels to Thailand, that I had a nice and comfortable soft pillow to sleep on. Very much appreciated. View from the room (7th floor - top floor) was nice. The staff in the restaurant was also nice, friendly and attentive, however, the housekeeping staff never smiled or said anything during our entire stay. The pool area and the huge lawn was great. Breakfast good, buffetstyle, like in most hotels. Prices in the coffeeshop were very reasonable. " |

| "this hotel is over priced, the rooms are very old/tired, the sheets smelled, the shower didn't work, the walk to the elevator was way too long, the breakfast was pretty ordinary and the service was not up to the usual excellence you get in Thailand. none of the staff members smiled ever.
On top of this the taxi's were over priced to get into Pattaya town. I speak Thai and it took my best bargaining to get the bhat bus fare down to B100. It should only be B50. Taxis are cheaper in Bangkok and there was no useful hotel shuttle which we would have expected for the room price.
Overall we were totally disappointed with our stay, we would never stay at the Asia chain of hotels again. And we couldn't wait to leave the hotel at the end of our stay." |

| "The Asia is in a location on the edge of the resort and has its own beach. So it is a quiet location with a beach which it shares with one or two other hotels. The hotel would have been perfect maybe 10 years ago but it now is in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms in particular could do with being gutted. The public rooms are fine. Good hotel that has seen better days." |
