| "it was my 4th staying at this hotel. i expected they will recognize me, but it seems nothing special for them....
it's really green area, hotel's got own beach, pool is very nice and comfortable for swimmers and children, but service worse and worse year by year... twice my room wasn't cleaned, i saw a waitress putting a bread by hands, and someone from stuff putting few pieces from my plate to general plate for guests after my meal!!!

| "Botany Beach Resort is a great resort. Its a bit far from the main Pattaya beach but its perfect for families. Lot of greenery and its privacy beach is nice and clean. " |

- the rooms are large and clean
- two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for kids
- the breakfast is ok (nothing spectacular)
- the shuttle service (100 Baht each way) is reliable
- no shopping facilities nearby" |

| "It is a nice hotel and have privacy. Especially it is good for the family who want to enjoy holiday in a quiet place with a lot of trees and shades in the compound.
Have a nice large swimming pool next to the beach. Beach is not crowded and have privacy which no need to go across the road like in Pattaya and jomtien.
Room has a smell of cigarette coming from the other rooms through the ventilation in bath room. The hotel should do something for the non smoking rooms which should keep away from the smoking rooms. Should separate the buildings or rows of the rooms such as left rows of rooms are for smoking while right rows rooms are non-smoking. should not mix or adjoining to each other.
Need to improve service in breakfast time. some of the foods are not available for the guests who show up after 08:00.
Torn Bath rooms towels should not be provided to the guest and need to replace with a new ones." |

| "Awesome place if you're looking for somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Not too far for a cab ride, look up Mr. Tui, he's great! Very quiet and relaxing, but not as much to offer as the bigger, more spendy resorts. I would definitely stay there again!" |

| "The botany beach resort is a real good hotel. Friendly team, wonderfull pool and a fantastic garden. The beach wasnt the best, because the water wasnt clean, but the time of my journey was septembre. Raintime. At 05.00 pm the clouds were coming and it rained 15 minutes. The breakfast were enough, but not many vegetable menues. Good luck and nice holidays." |

| "JAN03 -- QUIET, WILD, NATURAL, GREEN, BEACH...A WONDERFUL RESORT. THERE YOU FIND TOTAL RELAXATION FOR A BIG SWIM POOL, JOGGING AROUND RESORT & THE "PRIVATE" PIER. THOUGH IT'S A 20MIN CAR DISTANCE TO SOUTH PATTAYA, IT'S DESERVED!! THX ALL GOOD STAFF SERVICE!!" |
