This hotel is never a 3 star hotel. We booked the familyroom because we stay in this hotel with 2 small childeren. This hotel is very dirty. The floors are not clean but that isn't the worse part... there are antz anywere. The antz and termits are walking everywere in the room, bathroom, kitchen en even on the be, but they are walking on the food, specialy the breakfast. When you take a cup they are walking on the cup, when you take a peace of bread they are walking on the bread. This is the same with rice, fruit... everything. We complayend about it every day, First at the reception, later with 3 managers. All of het people of the staff we spoke about this problem prommised us they would solve the problem... it never happend. So we dit not eat the breakfast af our hotel, some other people whe spoke had the same problemen. The hotel dit notting about the problemen. The day whe had te check out we asked again for the manager. He lauched and told us that we didn't pay for the breakfast, thats included in the price of the room. So he would do notting about the problem of the antz and termites, he was just lauching at us. We told him that we had to pay for the 2 babycots we used in the hotel, and the least he could do was give us the cots for free (10 euro). He lauched again en told us that we have to pay everyting and when we wouldn't, he would call the police. We told him that when we make a prommis about paying the cots, we do.
This hotel we would not reccomand to anyone! The staff is poor, the pool and the hotel are not clean. It's very noisy in the hotel, because a lot of young people stay in the hotel!. The playgarden is very old en you cann'ot use is save with childeren because al lot of things are broke. With the food you get free meat ( antz and termites)!
So overall we wil not come here again and we think that you're company has to see this hotel en do someting about is because it isn't worth 1 star!! And it is not good for youre company to let people rent rooms at asiarooms! The next time we visit Jomtien again ( in april 2007) we go to Grand Jomtien palace. This hotel is mutch cheaper and the affort is much better!

| "We stayed twice there during our holiday. First time we had a nice room with a bathroom with a bath itself!
I was dissapointed when we came here again in the end of our holiday
Cuz now we had a room in the center of the building. Decorative outside. Uncomfortable inside. The windows opened only outwards a little bit instead of sliding. So it was no longer possible to look out the window and breathe the air. The huge wall stood for 2 more additional windows. So the room was as dark as a cell. And something was very noisy behind that wall.
Grand Jomtien is much better and the price is the same. " |

| "We were staying in 2 Bedroom Sea View Suite. (3 adults & 2 children). There were 2 bedrooms (w/ king size and queen size beds) and living room. 1 Tv was in bigger bedroom and another in livingroom. Place was ok, room was clean but needed updating.. Not very beautiful room but a lot of space live with 2 small children also!
Pool was nice, but there's not separate pool/ area for small children (the other end is good for kids, but it's one big pool.)
Restaurant was in the same area and there was playground for children.

| "Check in was quick and efficient, but reception staff gave the impression they would rather be somewhere else. There was no information on the hotel offered, the breakfast i believe was advertised as American and local, To my knowledge the Americans do not eat cold cooked breakfast, neither do the Germans Dutch and Chinese that we spoke to,although there were plenty of staff around the restaraunt they kept running out of food. I feel the hotel needs a kick into the 21st century, it well located just by the beach but let down by the shoddy running, and drab decor.
With a little effort this could be a great place to stay but they need to get their act together. " |
