"Fourth time to stay.Its pretty reasonable value and location all round.
I travel alot in similar types of accommodation, even though i would go back, this place lets itself down through generally poor staff service and motivation.....land of smiles???....not here!. Probably the least friendly or interested staff ive stayed in in Thailand! Even the cleaning lady on 3rd floor was as sour as they come! ( however the lady on floor two was fantastic!)
We felt the staff generally did not seem to enjoy their job. A shame, as most other things work well for the price."

"We stayed couple nights and glad to have make reservation for 2 instead of 1 day at last minutes.
We stayed at the superior room (cheapest room) and glad to be located at the 1st floor instead of higher floor since its a walk up hotel. There is also the more expensive and nice new tower but more expensive. The food at restaurant on weekend was quite alright considering a budget hotel. But on weekend they serve small and less variety of food (probably due to low occupancy). Anyway, what stands out and best was the warmness of the staff and willingness to help when required. In fact I was at first given a room on third floor but they gave me one on 1sr floor after I request. Room, bathroom and surround was really clean as well. Location wise its right between the little Soi 2-7 (happening area) and the Soi 8 till Walking street which make it very strategic. Its also very close to the beach. I will definitely come here again with the rate and general overall services and cleanliness of the hotel."
