"Nice hotel, good enviroment,good service."

"One negative we found with staying at the Thai Garden was we had a room on the ground floor next to the pool which would normally be great except for the fact that it has a bird avery next to it and the birds starting chirping from about 6am which made it near to impossible to have a sleep in.Otherwise the hotel was fantastic"

"Excellent staff, very friendly, good atmosphere, good food, had a realy enjoyable stay and would for sure go back in the near future."

"I took a superior room on Mar 24. The room size is big enough for a couple with a child. The size of swimming pool is little bit smaller. Although the location is a little bit far from the central Pattaya, you still can take a few minutes (3-5mins) walking distance to the shopping mall and supermarket. "

"My stay at ThaiGarden was by accident and ended up very good for me. I was n a standard room which was clean and decent size. The only drawback is standard rooms r only on the 2nd floor. The service was very good and I noted the staff was always attentive as people arrived for their meals. Location is good, walking distance to a great fitness center and the north pattaya circle. A supermarket is nearby as well. Facilities r clean and well kept. The front checkin staff r very nice and attentive. ThaiGarden also employs a guest service manager which is a great asset to have. The lady is fluent in German and English and upon observation is extremely good at her job as a customer service represenative. She is knowledgeable, patient, and pleasent. I will definitely stay there again upon my next visit"

"No ironing boards in room. Bland furnishing. Not conveniently located to the night life. A little on the expensive side, although mine was an apartment. Overall, the thai garden resort was very clean and convenient with timely and polite room service."

"The staff at the hotel were pleasant and the excellent breakfast was available till 11.0a.m. However the location was a tiresome 10minute walk to Naklua Road where most of the bars are. Moreover it is not practical to walk the "15minute" journey from the bus station because of the poor state of the pavement (sidewalk). The pub in the hotel grounds is noisy, dark and not cheap but has good live music. The hotel can be recommended for its value and standards. "

"I came to Thailand alone, to meet up with friends. I felt completely safe in the facilities. The staff at the hotel are EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! They go above and beyond the call of duty. Always smiling, and accomodating to your every whim! I do not know the name of the guy who waited on us during the day, but we nick named him "Cabana Boy"! "Cabana Boy"....you ROCK! You made our holiday!"

"The hotel is in a quiet location, well back from the main road. So no problems geting to sleep etc. It did lack some facilities including tea and coffee making and only two bottles of water for a 'mini bar'. Staff can be a bit funny, when drinks and food is bought from 'outside' the hotel bar! Otherwise, an enjoyable stay, with helpful desk staff. Watch out for the self service buffet, as most nights it was 200 baht (excluding drinks). On the odd night it can go up to 500 baht! So always check the price first."

"An okay hotel, it's a bit far from the beach and the night life. The breakfast was ok, and the room is nothing special in particular to comment. The pool is usually crowdy, and lots of german tourists there. If the price is cheap enough i will stay here again."
