Open in 1993, Topland Hotel takes pride in the quality services, guaranteed in 2004 by ISO 9001:1994 and at present by ISO 9001:2000, the first and only hotel in Phitsanulok as well as in Thailand’s Lower Northern Region to have gained recognition from the International Organization for Standardization. Situated near Nan River and in the business center, 16-floor Topland Hotel commands the panorama of the river and the heart of Phitsanulok city. The hotel complex also harbors a department store of more than 10,000 square meters plus a parking lot that can house over 500 cars. The hotel's 253 keycard-operated accommodation spaces comprises 192 Superior Rooms, 46 Deluxe Rooms, 9 Business Suites, 5 Executive Suites, and 1 Royal Suite. A close-circuit security camera system is operated on all floors to ensure safety.
