"its a great looking hotel but that is proppery the only and only good thing about it the hotel is far from good we had booked there 7 nights and we left after 3 nights the food sucks the understand almost no englisch the have a swimmingpool that contains more living things than the swamp the pool table's are only for to look at becourse the doors are locked and contains dust for i think 10 years i would not stay in this hotel not even when the pay me for it you better go to the topland hotel beter location and good better pay a bit more believe me good luck"

"Very good hotel with rooms in excellent condition. Great value for money."
2/5  Posted by MR. RAYSON, John, United Kingdom in May 2007
"This hotel was almost totally empty of guests during our stay which we found a little odd. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell and the decor in the room was tired and grubby. The pool had algae growing on the surfaces below the waterline and was as such unusable.Overall the hotel had a feel that it was out of season."

"All according to what they prommise, very good."

"Fairly good place to stay, but some difficulties with communication as a number of the staff lacked an even basic understanding of english, especially in the resturant. "

"While the price is right, the hotel is a bit run-down, and feels as though it has seen much better times. Hall lights are switched off during the day, air-conditioning is in need of attention, the staff are polite (though not hospitable), and the food is only adequate. "

"I stayed in the La Paloma Hotel last month and I found it a very nice hotel; comfortable room and friendly staff. On my way to breakfast I lost a golden earring and since I had to leave the hotel soon after, I was very worried I would never find my earring again. But the staff of the hotel found my earring and took the efford to send it to me! Whenever I will be back in Phitsanulok, I will be staying in the La Paloma hotel for sure!"

"I booked a deluxe room, which I found to be quite comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and there was usually hot water. ;-) The staff were quite friendly, though most spoke very little English, which could be quite painful if like myself you can\'t speak Thai. All in all a nice hotel that I will be using again."
