"Good hotel, rooms are ok. A little bit outside, but no big problem."

"The Phitsanulok Thani Hotel although a very old hotel and is most likely in need a bit of revamp but the staff there try their very hardest to make your stay very comfortable plus they are very friendly as well. "

"I wouldn't again...not what I had expected...people were friendly and helpful but hotel needs to be updated...stains on carpets, water presure problems, breakfast was dreadful, cold eggs, etc. no selection worth trying...lumpy matresses...and pillows..very thin blanket..foreign hairs on sheets... hallways can get noisey when the tour groups arrive."

"The hotel was ok for Phitsanulok, but quite far away from nightbazar and river, especially because most tuk tuk drivers do not speak english and even do not find the hotel if you show them the name written in thai. The room was clean and service was very good, breakfast was average. Unfortunately staff does not speak much english. But everything was o.k. because it's on the way to Sukhothai and we just stayed there for one night. "

"Comfortable hotel, close to museums and places of interest. Excellent restaurant with nightly entertainment. Facilities are limited. A small swimming pool would be an attractive innovation. Friendly service. Good value for money. Handy for airport. Richard Walker. UK January 2007"

"This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Thailand. Main reason is that their staff is so accommodating- willing to meet all needs. At the breakfast time they specially cooked a separate dish for me realizing that I was a vegetarian. They have a shuttle to pick you up from the train station or bus station and leave you there. You can call them up any time. This fact is not mentioned in hotel description but it is a great gesture. We arrived at 5am by BKK train- they picked us up from the station and allowed us early check in. You cant do better then that. It is a pity that there are not many tourists going to that hotel- it looks empty and may be that is the reason they could provide all that attention. But Whatever the reason- go and enjoy your stay. "Stayed here numerous times before, and keep returning because it provides everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel. You will find the hotel on the road to the airport (5 minutes away by car). Breakfast is basic, but adequate. Next door to the hotel is a nice upmarket thai massage salon, to sooth away the aches and pains for a small fee. I Suggest that for dinner you try the restaurant which is situated accross the main road AND about 50 metres to the right of the hotel. The food is great, the cost is low, and the setting is private and tranquil."

"The survice of the hotel is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. The service of free shuttle bus from bus terminal to hotel is really good. On a raining evening, they quickly picked us from big C free of charge. The restaurant is really great. There are live music and good singers. The only problem is the receptionist is not good at English. But they are eager to give you help and good service. "
