"We stayed in a standard room at this hotel in July 2009 for 1 week. The room was overlooking the main road which was ok, but this part of the hotel is very run down and old. The bathroom wasn't very clean, however you get what you pay for, but we did expect a little better. The pool area is beautiful, but there is no atmosphere either there or at the restaurant, so there was never anyone around, they all went out.Breakfast was really bad, and always cold, nothing was ever hot. The location is quite good."

"Check in nice and friend. On the booking I asked for late checkout due to the flight time, I was asked to pay 1020bath for the extra time (6pm), we moved to new location paying only 500bath for the some period. We where denied room visit even for an hour unless we payed a extra 500bath,that not including extra bed, towel or any amenities. My room mate payed the extra on 2 occasion,I wasn't in the room.I have traveled in various cantries over many years never encontered such ostilities,I work in the hotel industry and we even provide extra chairs,towel for our guest on request friends allowed any time to visit at no charge. "

"The hotel is generally good considering the price. The breakfast and facilities are great. I would come back and stay there again. But better stay in the main building, as the rooms in the north side of another building had a stale smell, and rooms in the south side were by the road, a little noisy. "

"We (myself, my husband and our 2 year old) stayed there for 2 nights, a transit from Phi Phi Island before we took our flight back to Singapore. The hotel location is great. Right opposite the new Hard Rock Cafe. 5 mins walk to the beach and 5-10 mins walk to Jung-Ceylon shopping centre. The Patong Shopping Paradise is right beside it. A good place to do your shopping than Bangla Road. And behind the hotel there are huts of little bars which are family friendly. No pick-up girls or bar hostesses to harass you. Overall, the location is really great if you are looking for a place to stay where it is not too near the blaring nightlife but still near if you are looking at a little night life. The best part of this hotel is their swimming pool. It is big and designed in a very interesting shape. And they also have a jacuzzi and a big children's pool. However, what they could do is to improve their cleaning maintenance. It was quite dirty like you can find rubbish like empty plastic bags etc. We stayed in the deluxe room. The size is spacious and it has a L-shaped sofa bench at the corner of the room. Room service was slow though and they came really late in the day to do room make-up. And several hours to clear food trays left behind outside the door which we noticed from the room next door. I will consider this hotel again in the future if I couldn't find any other good value room. "

"We stayed in one of the superior rooms and everything was very pleasant, the room was on the 4th floor and we did not hear any road traffic. The pool area was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. Very happy overall with this hotel."
