"They are poor and no care to us. Travel Agent Desk arranged Taxi for 5 Minutes Walk and charged BHT 200. Did not come any staff to bring baggage when I check out. "

"First time at Novotel, previously stayed elsewhere and would definitely return to this property. The many stairs throughout the property could be a problem for elderly guests. There is a need to update poolside umbrellas as most of them were tattered and torn."

"We appreciated the Novotel's traditional Thai decor. Fabulous Sea Views and tropical vegetation were enhanced by 3 great pool areas. A drawback for seniors would be the number of steps from many of the rooms."

"My wife and i had very relaxing time during our stay at this property, we found rooms to be very nice with a great view of Patong Beach, very large king size bed, breakfast was fantastic, the pools we in perfect position to take in the view of the ocean and the location was good, as it is up on the hill. Just a short 10-15 min walk along the beach front to the markets and eatery made for a great start to the day. We would definatley stay here again."

Great Hotel within walking distance to Patong beach. Service was fantastic. It was our honeymoon and we got a free upgrade on the room from a garden view to a sea view. Breakfasts were great with plenty of variety. We had a buffet seafood dinner one night which was delicious. The hotel puts on little activities for you do to which we found were fun to break up the day. Overall very happy and would like to come back again.
