"We stayed for a week and the service was really friendly and helpful until we checked out. It was a bit of shame really, one rude person let them down. Location of hotel is really good, 2 minutes from the beach and really near lots of restaurants. We got a really good deal during off season which made it great value for money. Breakfast was good, hot noodles and veges, fresh fruits, cereal, french toast, eggs, toast, croissants and really good coffee. It's probably not the best place to go if you want spend a lot of time at the hotel relaxing, but if you want a convenient (and very cool temperature wise) base to explore the surrounding area/beaches it is perfect. We also booked day tours from within the hotel which was very handy."

"I think this hotel is really value for money. The place is clean the staffs are great ppl. They are friendly and very helpful. The resturant is GREAT Too. they have some really value for money food. good thai food, yummy seafood. and the waitresses and the managers were really friendly and bothered to make small talks with us. somewhat home-y! good location. Although it is abit far from airport (about 400 bahts from airport- metered cab). it is super accessible to cafes, resturants, shops and beaches!! NOt forgetting all the massages at 200 bahts! wonderful place. i love it! =)Will definitely go back there to stay if i will to go phuket again!"

"The Hotel is great. We got a spacious room with king size bed (which is good), TV, very nice bathroom with a cool window into the room. The staff is very friendly, food was good, location is very close to the beach (Kata beach). The beach was awesome with great waves, clean white sandy beach ,turquoise water. We liked Kata beach better than Karoon beach and Patong beach). To explore the island more (beaches, temples and viewpoints) we rented a bike. All in all, it was a lovely time on Kata Poolside. The only minor trouble we experienced was mosquitoes on the last night. It was raining and many of them were probably coming through a small gap between the door and the wall. So a mosquito repellent wouldn’t be a bad idea! :D But overall, we are very satisfied and, yes, we would stay in this hotel again! "

"This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are big and spacious. The poolarea is not that big, but very nice. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the poolbar. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast basic. The location is good. There are restaurants, shops and some bars right outside the hotel. Yet its not noisy. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Next time I come to Kata I will definitely stay here. "
