The Penthouse Condo
The highest condo at the Andaman Cove sleeps 7 persons over 4067 sq ft [internal 2582sq ft external 1614 sq ft] of luxury accommodation. Ideal for large families or a group of friends the Penthouse condo is decorated in Evason style and comprises 3/4 bedrooms:
A master bedroom with king sized bed, en suite marble bathroom, work desk and Cable TV/Dvd player. Plus direct access to two huge sun terraces and their spectacular sun rises.
A large twin bedroom, next door to the master bedroom - perfect for any accompanying children.
A further double bedroom with a king sized bed and its own private balcony.
A single bed in the kids room in the roof with lockable access to the viewing balcony.
The Penthouse’s large living room comes with a fully stock-able bar, a western standard kitchen and a separate converted loft or kids den in the roof equipped with Television, Ps2/DvD and a host of games and movies. A single bed and sofas inside the loft can provide an extra sleeping area for children or their nannies.
