The hotel was in a great location in regards to it being local to bars resturants etc and 300 m from the beach but the actual road is quite sleazy lots of men with their thai women!!
No lift so be prepared to walk up the stairs. Bathroom was abit scatty but i suppose it did the job.
we did experience a power out at night and we had no torch or candles in the room and no one apologised.
we did ask to have an extra bed put in at 8pm but this was not done till 12am after some strong words as the staff really could not be bothered!
stay if u are planning maybe 1 or 2 nights but no longer.

| "The hotel has no elevator!!! Imagine you stay at 3rd or 4th floor, you have to climb up ladder each time you go out or return to hotel. Plus carrying ur luggage & bags. I was staying at 4th floor, it was a pain experience to climb ladder with luggages & bags. However, the location is nice, quite near to the walking street which all the night lifes there. It was a bit noisy during the night, cox it has some bars and pubs just located downstairs.
It is still recommended to budget travellers, but definitely not for family and romantic couple stay" |

| "Vaule of room is higher than what we have seen in other hotels over there.
Service could be better by providing early breakfast (before 7am) to guests due to tight schedules. There is no lift or escalator. Hence, will be quite inconvenient to old people." |
