| "I stayed in Baan Boa Resort for 2 nights, they have very friendly staff, very good services, nice rooms, very good view rooms, and ofcourse beautiful balcony with table and chair where you can relax and enjoy.
The location is beautiful,not even a minute walking distance from the Patong beach, everything is available nearby.
I completely enjoyed staying there and rooms are quite at cheap price, it was worth for real value.
I will recommend this resort to my friends and relative, and i am looking forward to stay there again.

| "this is my first time in phuket so obviou first time in this hotel. this hotel is on the road which is exactly in front of beach, so the hotel is on beach front but hotel is almost the end of road, price wise was excelent resot, not very big but good, what this hotel has is rooms big enough with tile flooring, belcony, good pool, break fast is not buffet its one time order do remember that. i tell you all you are on traveling and for viewing thing so if you walk little to go to see some thing you enjoy, its not important you should live in the center. the walk from hotel to few things like.....
to drink beer or cocktails..... 3 min. walk
to book phiphi island booking so many. every 50 meters
to mac donalds........ 5 to 6 min. walk
to burger king........ 6 to 7 min. walk
to shop............... 6 to 7 min. walk
in other words to complete one way from patong road walk is only 15 min. then up to you by this you see alot things. as i always say you are on vacation to enjoy and to see all.. last but not least this is excellent budget hotel with good standard for families and fun lovers." |

| "Ideal location for a quite relaxing holiday well away from the hustle of Patong nightlife. It's only a 15 min stroll to Bangla Rd. if that's what you seek.
Beach is directly across the road and hotel provides free beach towels. A 7-11 store and a small quiet bar are located adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast could do with more variety but is adequate to start the day. Swimming pool is great but lacks a bit of shade around midday. Staff are very helpful and polite and are not afraid to smile - unlike some hotels I've stayed at.
The only negative is no lift, although it is only 4 floors. Baan Boa is comfortable and very clean and overall it is very good value.
Will definitely stay here again if I return to Phuket." |

| "I like this hotel, it's right opposite the beach, a short distance away from the busy Patong beach area and the shops. Perfect for those who want the quiet area but still near enough to enjoy the rest of the beach and the many stalls selling nick nack.Staffs are friendly and the resort's very clean." |

| "Perfectly nice hotel in good area - easy to get to main bars, 30 secs from beach but a good 15 mins stroll from the noise, Bangla Road etc - so a good compromise between being in the middle of things and having some peace. Really nice pool. Rooms big, good value for the area, staff fine it not memorably brilliant but no problems at all. Breakfast fine but again nothing to write home about. Perfect for mid range hotel - can't see myself returning to Patong but if I did I would happily stay there. Definitely recommend to others who want something value for money in a good spot. " |

| "the service at this place was amazing. They have their own tour desk at the front which they can book almost anything for you and they will slash the prices for you (even the other people from other hotels who booked the same tours as us actually paid alot more). They we even willing to ring the airport for us to asiist in changing our flight free of charge. 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour was extremely cheap and delicious. Rooms are a little outdated, with the air conditioning a little tempormental, but still very spacious and very clean. Location is great, just far enough to eliminate street noise from the town centre but still very close and looks out onto the beach. Try and not get the top floor rooms though because you hav 4 flights of stairs to walk up and down constantly...not good for elderly/ not so fit people. Cheap massages and gorgeous pool were the bonuses with also a nice buffet breakfast provided." |

| "nice pool, very friendly staff, great location at the very southern end of patong beach. quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the patong nightlife.
hotel was a little shabby around the edges but generally comfortable.
i would give it 3 stars." |

| "This place is located just a short distance away from the main market area, a place where its more peaceful and the beach is less touched upon. Security was not an issue since the guards are found almost everywhere. The bad thing about the place is that they do not provide hair dryers and the locker isnt really that user friendly. If you like your room to be quiet, please do not take the first floor as it is in front of the swimming pool (I went in the pool and it bubbled big time.. damn afraid i might just disturb the patrons) Staffs wise - VERY FRIENDLY. 4 nights there over the christmas and Im cool with the place :)" |
