| "Overall, Asiarooms did a great job of reserving the hotel room. Booking was easy. The stay was pleasant only to be marred by a dishonest staff on the checkout day. I made my payment in cash for airport transfer & massage. No receipt was given & only when I left the hotel did I realise the staff overcharged me. I called back only to receive a reprimand saying the hotel always issues receipts despite my explanation that no receipt was issued and I was overcharged. I called back twice to the same person & both times different amounts collected from me were given. Disappointed by dishonesty. Be sure to collect receipts. Dont be fooled by smiles of receptionist or check out staff. " |

| "Lovely quiet, clean hotel. More than adequate room with balcony and well lit, large bathroom with a great shower.
Great location for the beach and a short walk away from restaurants, although most of the action is much further away in Karon Town.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.

| "We couldn't stay in this hotel as it was overbooked and they send us to the next door hotel. The standards were not as good as the ones we had booked, but the service was very friendly and helpful and we could use the facilities and restaurants (we had breakfast in the originally booked hotel) in both hotels, which turned out being quite convinient." |

| "Location:
The hotel location in karon is good. It is in a quite area and near the beach (60m) and karon center (400m). Between the hotel and the beach is only the beach road. From the Breakfast/Restaurant, you can see the beach. The beach road between hotels and beaches is most often in Phuket, expect some expensive hotels or some hotels which are in an alone area without shops and restaurants.
Room:
The room size is good, there is space enough. The facilities are ok (free safe, minibar,...).
From the higher floor rooms you can have sea view from the balcony. The room is very quite, we heard nearly nothing from the neighbour rooms or from the floor.
Service:
The Room was clean and the service was ok.
Breakfast:
At breakfast there were at some busy days a no free tables. One time we have to wait 5 minutes still we could seat for breakfast. The breakfast was ok, but not special. You can get omlettes, eggs, continental breakfast and american breakfast. But there is no big choice.
Other guests:
The most guests are from skandinavia, especialli sweden.
Karon:
Karon is 8km soutern from Patong. With the TukTuk or Taxi you pay 300Bath to Patong. Negatoate with a TukTuk driver in the hight season is nearly impossible.
In Karon are enough shops and restaurants to have a good holiday. It is lot smaller than Patong and it is also not so loud and not so much traffic jam like in Patong. If you have children or want more calm evenings, Karon or Kata is a good choise.

| "An excellent place to stay.
My only complaint being I asked for a double room only to be provided with a twin.
I was then offered a room with two beds pushed together!

| "This was our 8th trip to Phuket, 2nd stay at Karon, 1st time at this resort. Service staff are friendly. We booked seaview rooms but one (of the four booked) room was really far in - hardly any view of the sea. So save your money and book the normal rooms on the 2 lower floors unless you need the extra sunlight to dry your wet clothes. They were apologetic about it and did offer us another room for the next day as they were fully booked that 1st night. We're rather impressed that they did apologise as most staff at smaller hotels or resorts are usually not trained to handle problems of any magnitude.
Room size and decor are good. Bathroom size is huge but the shower is so powerful it wets the floor every time. No worries, it dries pretty quickly. Pool is better than the ones at Karon Princess and Old Phuket. Breakfast is sufficiently good.
Location wise, it's just across the relatively peaceful Karon beach. A short tuk-tuk ride to Kata or Patong. Great location for those looking for a good beach with just enough eateries, spas, nice massage shops, some bars/pubs. Less noise, less crowd and yet not isolated.
Yes, we'll stay here again after trying other other Karon hotels. " |

Staff are really friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're being looked after. Breakfast is good but nothing spectacular. Location wise its a bit far from most things. You will need a bike to get to all the shopping places.
The walls are a bit narrow in the bedrooms. One night we were up till 3.30am because of the people room above were moving around with their balcony chairs. Logged a complaint with the hotel the next day. The issue was resolved. Getting from Karon to Patong expect to pay 300B via tuk tuk.
One good thing about this hotel was it was really easy getting to the beach. The sunsets from this beach was awesome.
