I was surprised at how great the location was - much better than many of the more upscale hotels in Patong and even Karon beach. The staff was nice enough, although they didn't speak as much English as I would have liked. I only had two small qualms - that they had no non-smoking rooms available (but were quick to provide an air filtration unit) and that the bathroom was poorly designed so that when we showered water leaked onto the floor. Other than that I loved the ocean views, the quiet, and best of all the location and the price. I would definitely recommend this place.

| "The room was a little small, but very attractive. The bed was hard, but all the beds have been hard in Thailand. Service was great. Staff was great. The beach across from the hotel was very nice but the red flags were up the entire time (think this was due to the time of year), so we walked along the edge of the water but did not go in. We took a bus to the nearby Kata beach to swim. Because it was the off season, we had the lovely pool all to ourselves. Hear that it is crowded in high season. We thought the breakfast included with the room was very good. The price in September was excellent. Might not have been so pleased with it for the high season price." |

| "The hotel was alright, definitely not fantastic, they were repainting twice while we were eating breakfast, the pool didn't look all that clean, slime and mold growing under the waterfall, the staff didn't speak english very well, asked for a sheet on the bed instead of just a quilt, which was difficult, and had to ask 4 more times as it was usually removed each day. No Wi-Fi in the room as Asian rooms says, there is a room where you can pay for internet access. The area was pretty dead in low season, eating up the street was cheap and drinks were also cheaper than in Patong. Be prepared for smelly drains both in Karon and Patong." |

| "Overall, Asiarooms did a great job of reserving the hotel room. Booking was easy. The stay was pleasant only to be marred by a dishonest staff on the checkout day. I made my payment in cash for airport transfer & massage. No receipt was given & only when I left the hotel did I realise the staff overcharged me. I called back only to receive a reprimand saying the hotel always issues receipts despite my explanation that no receipt was issued and I was overcharged. I called back twice to the same person & both times different amounts collected from me were given. Disappointed by dishonesty. Be sure to collect receipts. Dont be fooled by smiles of receptionist or check out staff. " |

| "Lovely quiet, clean hotel. More than adequate room with balcony and well lit, large bathroom with a great shower.
Great location for the beach and a short walk away from restaurants, although most of the action is much further away in Karon Town.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
