| "Overall good. Location close to beach and to nightlife. Good restaurant and livebands.
Room for improvement:
On roomasia the room was offered as luxury room with balcony and seaview. The actually available room had no real window, no balcony, no seaview.
Good to know: there currently are renovation works in the neighbor building which can get bit noisy." |

| "I loved this hotel! Very clean, spacious and staff were very friendly. Extremely large pool was always clean and lovely. Across the road from the beach and in a great spot for shopping, pubbing and close enough to do many other great activities.
The only downfall was the breakfast, ants on the croissants and bugs in the bread =( Also not recommended for families with your children, as the band in the front restaurant played until late, but nothing a pair of earplugs coulnd't fix!
I would stay here again for sure!" |

| "Overall ok, breakfast need to improve, few choice only, pool ok, ambient ok, very close to the beach (just accross the road, walking distance to bangla Road (most happening spot) about 15-20 mins, you will feel far especially when you carry a lot of stuff after shooping." |

| "I enjoyed my stay at Baan Laimai even though I thought the price was a little high for the size of the room I was given, although I liked the fact that the room was on the outside of the hotel, it was within walking distance to everything and very convenient, the breakfast could have been better but the freindly staff made up for that, the only drawback to being on the outside is that I was only a couple of hundred feet from the bandstand which played until 1.00am but it would not stop me from going back and staying in the same room it just meant I had to stay out later and enjoy myself." |

| "Overall i can say that the hotel was good, however, sometimes one event can destroy everything. our case was luck of water for more then 30mun, and it was right after we came from the beach and the only thing we wanted is a warm shower. Hot water was also a problem. never got enough. the second always got cold water at the end...
The pool and location was great. breakfast was relatively poor. we expected more for the money.
tourist information deck was excellent!!
Reservation was fast and friendly. " |

| "This is located on the beach road, the traffic is hectic so you might have to wait a minute to be able to cross the street.
Nice pool area with kids pool too.
The bathroom is large and very nice modern design, glassdoor to a walk-in shower.
WiFi is available, little expensive (100 B/hour), but nice to sit with the laptop where you want.
Breakfast OK, but it can improve.
First day 08.30 in the morning the bacon was finished, next day "no bacon", 3:rd day 08.00 "finished".
There is a stage at the restaurant with loud music everynight, but we had no problem sleeping, even though our room was in the line-of-fire of the speakers. We have a 2,5 year old daughter who didn't have any sleeping troubles too. For her this is a perfect hotel, pool, close to the beach, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
The room safe was a bit small, I want to be able to put my laptop there." |

| "The resort is a really pleasant surprise! The resort interior decor is done up in typical thai style. Staff are friendly, esp the tour desk staff who was helpful in recommending various activities to us. The room is spacious and faces the pool. The resort is also very conveniently located at the seafront, with plenty of shops and eateries. The only setbacks are the breakfast selection and the mosquitoes (or are they bed bugs?)" |
