| "In all, I would say that this is a budget resort with all the bare minimum facilities but what attracted me despite the texi driver who persuaded me to cancel my stay in this resort, is the peacefulness of the resort and the poolside rooms. The only negative point is the location, which is kinda far from the happening Patong coz its on top of the mountain. Unless you ride, otherwise, its not as accessible as those along the beach." |

| "The hotel staff were really nice. The room was clean however we had a lack of electricity during the night which stopped our air con from working!! There was no one else staying there and it was a 15 - 20 minute up hill hike from main street to the hotel." |

| "Great place to stay, just two minutes away by motorbike from the crowded Patong Beach, gives you perfect time to relax. The rooms and the installations are quite fine and the service its pretty decent.
You might need a motorbike to move around just because its nothing around the hotel such shops, 7eleven, restaurants, but like I said, its very close to Patong Beach where you could find whatever you might need." |

| "It's up on the hill overlooking Patong Beach. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast overlooking the beautiful view. It is very peaceful.
The disadvantage of being "off the beaten path" is that it takes longer to get to and from the action of Patong Beach. It is more costly if you pay for a taxi but the hotel does have a free shuttle service but it only runs at certain times so you may have to wait an hour for pickup.
The staff was more than helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was delicious and attractive. The pool was clean. The room was clean.
The lock on our sliding door broke but they quickly replaced it. They provided extras like hair-dryer or adapter for charging our mobile phones.
They assisted us with planning trips to see the show FantaSea and taking a speedboat to Phi Phi island for snorkeling. The scheduled vans to come pick us and drop us off later. It was great how they helped us make the most of our visit by calling these tourist agencies and setting everything up for us.
They had one PC setup in the lobby for Internet access. The connection was slow but adequate for my needs of checking email twice a day. The cost was very low at 2 baht per minute.
I got way more than expected for such a low cost!" |

| "We stayed at Baan Nern Sai for 4D/3N and we receive a very warm hospitality by the hotel staffs. Breakfast served was also very good. The location of the hotel is very peaceful as it's located on top of the hill and far away from the hustle of the patong town. The hotel also provide motorbike rental which makes travelling a lot easier. Overall, we are really contented with our stay there. We would really recommend this hotel to budget travellers and we assure you it's gonna be a value for money experience." |

| "The hotel located quite a distance away from Patong beach; although it seems pretty closed In the description of the location you said it was only 5 min from the beach, yes, but this was by car. If you look at the map it looks also to be near the beach, who is very wrong, its far from the beach. Also dissapointed with the facilities, the swimming pool is very small that has for to be babys. One night we want some ice-cubes from the manager and she said they dont have any.how come this is e very simple request and this was the ansver this is not a 5 star hotel , said yes i know than dont write this is an resort, she start to shout and want us to check out right away if not gonna call police ,we said ok give us our money and gonna go,the answer was no money take from asiarooms .it was the worst hotel i have ever stay" |

| "The hotel located quite a distance away from Patong beach; although it seems pretty closed in the map. Hotel staffs are friendly and I'm quite satisfied with room's cleanliness and services as well.
Pretty dissapointed with the facilities, as the water in swimming pool are quite "polluted". It seems like it hasn't been replaced after Tsunami.
Well, overall consider not too bad and it's value for money. I'll be considering staying in this hotel in future if I'm visiting Phuket again." |
