| "stayed in deluxe room. facing the swimming pool. its just perfect. the size of the room is big with balcony. plus with the day bed. and the bathroom is really nice and big. shower and bathtub separately. the swimming is beautiful with jacuzzi at some area. location is just perfect. not too far from everything and next to patong otop where u can shop till u drop. the only downside which i dont really care is about their workers like bellboy. not really friendly. other than that its just a perfect holiday" |

| "The view of the room I stayed was not very nice because we don't know there is a pool view room.
Therefore, my recommendation is to book pool view room when you wanted to stay there." |

| "Great hotel and service. We needed two rooms for our family of 6 and we would highly recommend this hotel for great value for money. The rooms were cleaned daily, the swimming pool excellent in size and cleanliness, breakfast great each morning(but do advise to get there before 9am when things are still fresh) swim up pool bar and happy hour awesome. If there is one little problem is the showers were very ordinary in trying to get good pressure and temperature no big deal though. Staff were friendly and the thai massage pool size was fantastic. Definetely a great hotel/resort for the price - highly recomend." |

| "Fantastic value for money resort in a great location. It is next door to some huge markets with great bargins and the kids can head out for a quick shop and run back for a swim in the pool. Even though you are in the midst of all the action, once you are in your hotel it is very quiet and peaceful. The resort is what I would call a quality Thai style hotel and not like a big concrete Sheraton. The pool area was very private and had lots of tropical plants for shade. We ate lunch at the pool bar most days for AUD$4 per meal and the kids ordered non-alcoholic cocktails all the time for about $3. We had our washing done next to the hotel for less then $2 per kilo. There is a travel agent for tours next door as well. We often stay in Marriott, Sheraton, Novotel hotels etc at premium prices but we felt this was a better option for the family to experience all the action of Phuket without the high price tag. " |

| "Helpful obtainable staff. A great pool for sunbathing and kids. Only a short walk to the beach. I only tried the food once and it was great even though i didn't get what I ordered. The showers were cold in my first room and after moving the shower temperature varied from lukewarm to very hot serveral times throughout each shower. To be honest these were minor issues and I enjoyed my stay here. My rating came out as 3/5 but I would score it as a 4/5 overall." |

friendly staff, clean room
I recommends specially summer break budget travelers
but
until patong beach walk 10 minutes
road side the room the noise is serious
but the substitutionally satisfied place " |

| "This resort Hotel is one of the best and perhaps the very best value for money hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. I booked for 2 weeks, extended for a further 2 weeks and then booked a third time for a total of 5 weeks total time spent there.
I could not fault the quality of, service, friendly staff, cleanliness and overall good value for money of this lovely resort.
I will reccommend this resort to my friends and family and look forward to my next stay at the Baumanburi Patong Beach Thailand.
